Frys with that Shake?
After a brief (and rare) visit to Jack in the Box this Saturday, I've determined their management training isn't very good. The manager was flailing about yelling at his staff. You see, either:
A.) Somebody didn't show up
B.) He didn't schedule enough employees
C.) Somebody got fired
That all seems like his fault to me.
So there was a bit of a wait. Instead of apologizing to us for the crap service, he yelled and told us to chill because the people working had "no idea what they are doing." What a dickish thing to say. Even if they were new and honestly had no idea what was going on, they did seem to be trying. I think a simple "We're a bit understaffed and I apologize for the wait." That would have been much cooler, because he'd be apologizing to us, the customers, and not pissing off his staff.
It doesn't matter though. Beth and I determined he's never had sex with a woman. So I guess it all balances out.
